What do you guys think of the electronics, gauges, and general interior styling?

I like the interior, but I don't love it. My biggest gripe is the door handles. Why do they have to make this big and silver round things that stick out? I like the subtle door handles that just sit in the door panel and is the same color as the door panel.

One other little gripe is how many buttons adorn the center console area. Although I'm sure the base will have much less since it probably won't have navigation.

Also, I know its an ode to the past, but I don't like the three gauges on top of the center console. Talking about gauges, I forsee the gauge on the left of the three-gauge cluster being very..... clustered. It seems they are trying to pack in a lot of read-outs in that one gauge.

But besides those few little gripes, I like it. The biggest thing I like about the interior is the fact they got rid of the huge clunk of plastic that surrounded the rear strut bar on the 350Z.

I really like the Navi set up and the layout of that, and I agree that the multi function display in the cluster has too much going on. Setting it up like an Aeroforce Tech gauge or some of the other aftermarket units where you can scroll through one or two displays at a time would be better I think.

Personally I like the look of the center cluster gauges but I don't really like the executuion of it. The shrouds on the gauges are a bit too large in my opinion, I understand it's to prevent glare but it seems a bit excessive.

All in all though I like the interior pretty well. Looks like another integrated head unit though that will be tough to upgrade or replace with aftermarket. I hate when car makers do that.

I'll have to see it in person and actually sit in it to make a decision. I like things within reach and able to quick scan the instruments.

That's true. A lot of cars look good in pics but the layout and function sucks from the drivers seat.

I honestly think the Z32 will be really hard to beat from the drivers seat. I have sat in a lot of cars (even driven a few very nice ones including a Ferrari F430, BMW M5, Porsche 997, ect) and I would have to say the Z32 is one of the nicest from the drivers seat. Usually when someone sits in my Z32, they say something on the order of "wow, that's neat".

Scratch the Bimmer, they don't count. had a guy looking at my vert and saying "what is that, never seen anything like it before". Now of course he was driving a ford explorer so his opinion needs taken with a grain of salt.

Explorers are ergonomically designed, well, about as much so as a microwave is.

This one was typical, 2 low tires and a torn up front end.

I'm not sure if I am really a fan of the Push-Start button and leaving the key in your pocket junk. At least let me put the key somewhere like the Veyron with the key down by the driver's seat/door.

At first glance all I see is guages all over the place. A little overwhelming at first. Could probably be fit into a regular gauge pod but whatever. I can live with it. Seats look comfy

I love the push button start. I have always wanted a car with push button start.

I second the push button. It makes me happy. :)

You boys are just part of the push button generation. Us older guys kind of like to stick it in somehthing.

I like to push it in and then be done with it. You have to keep on moving in this world to get ahead.

Gauge layout is pretty much the same as a 350Z with exception of the multi function display on the left side of the cluster.

Meh. I'm more of a mono toned interior guy. Get rid of the color and dial down the silver accents. The three gauges could have been a little more blended in the dash as well. I give it a C-.

yes cars, you have a key and stick it in the ignition.

And then you turn it on. But I like pushing it in to turn it on.

I love the interior...

It is a 298% upgrade over the 350Z interior. And yes, that number is statistically correct. Lol.

I digg the interior but I am with the Freak with the door handles outside and in. Even on the 350Z I never though the outside door handles matched and to me they really haven't changed. On the inside the story is much the same. Paint them black and we are good to go. I also am not a fan of the multi-purpose display to he left of the steering column. Other than that thumbs up
